One Piece Aprons

One piece aprons are available in two styles – frontal or wraparound. Frontal aprons provide protection for wearers who are typically front facing during the length of the procedure. While, wraparound aprons offer radiation protection to the anterior and posterior of the wearer for those who must turn their back or circulate the room during the procedure where radiation is being used.

To discuss what apron style and level of protection you need we advise having a discussion with your facility’s Radiation Safety Officer (RSO). If your facility doesn’t not have an RSO, please feel welcome to give us a call to discuss your needs.

Frontal Aprons

Slip into this apron quickly for full frontal protection. Great choice for easy options in generic sizes for general lab use.

Belt Apron

The Belt Apron provides relief to the shoulders and back by providing lumbar compression and support. These belts can be affixed to the apron or kept separate for a more adjustable fit for general staff needs.

Velcro Apron

To get the best out of this style apron, simply pick up your shoulders before tightening the velcro cross ties around your waist. This keeps the weight off of your shoulders and focused to the middle of the body.

Quick Drop Apron

Maintain your sterile field with the quick release of the easy release velcro shoulder tabs to drop the top portion of the apron without stepping away from the sterile field.

Full Wrap Around Aprons

Front and back aprons offer protection to the anterior and posterior of the wearer from x-ray radiation. Whether they are circulating the room or standing up front fro the procedure, these aprons offer the protection you need.

Wraparound Back Relief

Protection:

These full one piece aprons provide 360 degree protection while also helping to support the back. The adjustable back relief belt at the waist works to pick up the load and transfer it to the mid-section to relieve the upper body. We recommend the wraparound back relief for surgeons and technicians that spend copious amounts of time in the radiation lab.
